The Fourth, Alaska style
In Alaska, the Fourth of July has a feel all its own. Fireworks that have to fight the midnight sun to be seen. A grill going in the driveway. A flag on the back of the truck.
Freedom in Alaska is not an abstraction. We fly, hunt, fish, and build because we can, in a place where people still do things for themselves.
That is the same spirit FrostBoard runs on. A marketplace Alaskans own, built on real names and real accountability, not strangers and bots.
Independence was never handed to anyone. It got built and kept by the people who showed up.
Happy Fourth. Enjoy the fireworks, the salmon, and the freedom. Then come help build the thing that is ours.
